Please read this document carefully and we recommend that you keep a copy for further reference.

1.    Agreement
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter the “License Agreement”) becomes a binding contract between you (the User) and Nurf Designs, is an independent designer from Serang – Banten Indonesia (hereinafter “Nurf Designs”), when you install a Font for use on any Workstation. By accessing the website at nurfdesigns.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Please read all of the Agreement before you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

 2.   License
Nurf Designs, grants the User, upon payment in full, a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license to access the Font only for your Personal or Internal Business Use, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The license varies according to the needs and choices of the User, from a list of available options, each with its own authorisations and specifications (Desktop License, Webfont License, E-Book / Publishing License, Extended License, App / Game / Server License, Video / Movie / Broadcat License, National & Worldwide License). In any of the available licenses, the User have no rights to the Font other than as expressly set forth in the Agreement. You agree that Nurf Designs owns all right, title and interest in and to the Font, its structure, organisation, code, and related files, including all property rights therein such as copyright, design and trademarks rights. You agree that the Font, its structure, organisation, code, and related files are valuable property of Nurf Designs and that any intentional Use of the Font not expressly permitted by the Agreement constitutes a theft of valuable property. All rights not expressly granted in the Agreement are expressly reserved to Nurf Designs.

 3.   Back-Up and Third-Parties
The User may make ONE (1) back-up copy of the Font beyond the licensed copies, solely for archiving process and agrees to protect and control over such copy. User can provide a digitised copy of the Font used for a particular document to a commercial printer or service bureau for use in printing such document. The service bureau must destroy any and all copies of the Font upon completion of its work. In case of termination of the License Agreement, the User must immediately destroy the original and all copies of the Font under the conditions set in this agreement.

 4.   Copyright
The User may not redistribute the Font as part of any commercial product without obtaining a License Extension from Nurf Designs authorising you to do so. The use of the Font is not authorised for any reproduction of the Font in any derivative products, by way of example but not limited to, clothing, textiles, ceramics, or any form of commercial exploitation of the design of the Font. If you are unsure whether your use is not permitted, please contact Nurf Designs for further information. The User may not rent, lease, sublicense, give, lend, or further distribute the Font, or any copy thereof, except as expressly provided herein.

 5.   Modifications and Derivative Work
The User may not adapt, modify font spacing and kerning, create additional weights, modify existing characters, delete existing characters, or otherwise change the Font, or create derivative works from the Font or any portion thereof in exchange for a separate fee or other consideration without first obtaining written permission from Nurf Designs.

 6.   Embedding
The User may embed the Font in a secure electronic document for Previewing and Printing use only. The Font may NOT be used to create and/or distribute any electronic document in which the Font, or any part thereof, is embedded, regardless if the document is in a format that permits or NOT editing, alterations, enhancements, or modifications by the recipient of such document without obtaining a License Extension from Nurf Designs, authorising you to do so.

 7.   Pricing
Nurf Designs may, from time to time, update the Product. Product upgrade pricing may apply.

 8.   Disclaimer Limited Warranty
Nurf Designs warrants the Font to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery as shown on your receipt. Nurf Designs shall have no responsibility to replace the, if the failure results from accident, abuse or misapplication and other damage. Nurf Designs does not grant further warranties than the liability of the Font and in no event be liable for any damages, including any lost profits or lost savings. Any replacement product will be warranted for 30 days. Nurf Designs does not guarantee refund the purchase for any reason.

 9.  Termination
The Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you or any of your authorised agents to comply with its terms. Upon termination ALL copies of the Font, including back-up copies, must be destroyed.
