1About these terms
Nurf Designs is an independent type foundry based in Serang, Banten, Indonesia. By accessing or using nurfdesigns.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by all applicable laws and regulations, and you are responsible for complying with any local laws that apply to you. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use or access this website.
2Using this website
The fonts, images, text and other materials on this website are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may browse the site and use the type tester to evaluate our fonts. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute the site’s content or font previews, or use the site in a way that is unlawful or that could harm the site or its visitors.
3Your account
You can buy as a guest or with an account. If you have an account, keep your login details private and your information accurate; you are responsible for everything done through your account. Your downloads and invoices are available under My account.
4Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and depend on the license you choose.
- Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Nurf Designs never sees or stores your full card or bank details.
- Your license takes effect once payment has been received in full.
- Discount codes can only be used within their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5Delivery and downloads
Fonts are delivered digitally. Download links appear right after payment and are also sent to you by email, together with your invoice and a copy of the End User License Agreement. You can download your fonts again at any time from My account → Downloads, or from the links in your order email if you bought as a guest.
6Licenses
Every font is licensed to you, not sold. The license you choose at checkout (Standard, Business, Extended, Corporate or Agency) sets how you may use the font; the limits of each are listed on our Licensing page. The End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to every purchase. Your invoice is your proof of license, so keep it with your font files. If no license fits your needs, contact us for a custom license.
7Refunds
Because fonts are delivered instantly as digital files, payments are not refundable, except where a refund is required by law or offered by Nurf Designs at its discretion. If a font file is faulty, contact us and we will replace it under the limited warranty in the EULA.
8Free fonts
Fonts on our Freebies page are free for personal and commercial use, as described on each font’s page. They remain the property of Nurf Designs and the font files may not be sold, shared or redistributed.
9Disclaimer
This website and its materials are provided “as is”. Beyond the warranty set out in the EULA, Nurf Designs makes no warranties about the website and is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the “Last updated” date shown above. The copy of the EULA attached to your order email is the version that applies to that purchase.
